For our first night all together in Sonoma Valley, we headed into tiny downtown Guerneville for dinner at Boon Eat + Drink. We started by splitting some kale salads and a few orders of flash fried Brussels sprouts. For entrees, the seared halibut, diver scallops, and polenta lasagna all proved to be winners, With Ironman 70.3 Vineman in a couple days, none of us were in the mood to drink too much, but we all really enjoyed a glass of the ’09 Paul Mathew Vineyards pinot noir.
