After finishing the Big Rock Triathlon out at Lake Perris, we stopped by Myung Dong Tofu Restaurant in Buena Park for lunch. We’d been here once before, after the Coaster Run and Knotts Berry Farm trip last year. This time, after a smorgasbord of ban chan (Korean appetizers), we settled into a meal of bimbibap and soon tofu soups.
