After a nice morning dive at Shaw’s Cove in Laguna Beach, we headed over to our mom’s place in Fullerton for a casual Thanksgiving feast. Uncle played head chef, making a seafood feast for all of us. The meal consisted of steamed whole fish, ginger lobster (freshly caught by us on a dive the night before), salt and pepper shrimp, black bean manila clams, abalone with oyster mushrooms, and yellowtail sashimi. A delicious Asian twist on a Thanksgiving dinner.
