I finally made use of the cookie press I got from my mom for Christmas!

Peanut Butter Cookies

1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp water
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a standing mixer, beat the butter with the sugars and the peanut butter until well mixed. Next add the egg and water. Gradually beat in the flour, baking soda and salt.

Using a cookie press, press cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or more until done.

If desired, melted chocolate can be added to the bottom of the cookies.
