Weird craving had us making some soymilk tea in the morning. We rummaged through our cupboards to see what spices we had, and this is what we came up with. In the last step, we used an aerolatte milk frother to make a foamy topping. A cheap and highly recommended kitchen tool. Somehow it makes a lot of our drinks that much more exciting.
2 cups soymilk Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes. If you have a milk frother, use it now to make a nice foamy topping. Garnish with a little cinnamon and serve! |
